Shipping & Delivery Policy — Mondo Barber Trade

Delivery Rates & Processing

  • Orders £60.00 or over: Qualify for FREE Mainland UK Delivery (2 to 5 days; please select the free delivery option at checkout).

  • Orders £180.00 or over: Qualify for FREE Next Day Mainland UK Delivery.

  • Orders between £1.00 and £59.99: Charged a flat rate of £4.49 for mainland UK shipping.

  • Cut-Off Time: Order before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday for Next Day Delivery or same-day dispatch on Royal Mail 24, 48, or Special Delivery services (weekends and bank holidays excluded).

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM on an upgraded shipping service will be dispatched on Monday (Monday is not included in the delivery transit estimate).

  • International & Offshore Rates: Shipping charges for The Channel Islands, Offshore Islands, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Europe, and Rest of World vary by destination and parcel weight. Each order is priced individually to obtain the most competitive rate. Airmail dispatches typically take 7 to 14 working days.

  • Taxes: All product prices and shipping fees include UK VAT at 20.0%.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Address & Safe Spaces: Delivery is made to the address specified during checkout. If you request a parcel to be left in a safe space or with a neighbor and it is lost or stolen, Mondo Barber Trade will not be held liable.

  • Signatures & Age Verification: A signature may be required upon delivery. By placing an order, you authorize us to accept a signature from another person at the address on your behalf. A signature from an adult aged 18 or over may be required.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If you are absent, the courier will attempt redelivery on another day. Requests to divert packages to an alternative address after repeated failed attempts will incur extra postage fees.

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Box numbers. Late delivery does not entitle the buyer to refuse or cancel an order.

  • Couriers: Shipments are handled via APC, FedEx, Royal Mail, or another designated delivery provider of our choice. We aim to deliver standard UK orders within 5 working days.

Salon Furniture & Special Orders

  • Lead Times & Delivery: Estimated delivery times for salon furniture will be communicated shortly after order confirmation as these items may ship via specialized freight carriers and incur additional carriage fees.

  • Non-Standard Items: Custom furniture items (specific colors, dimensions, or custom specifications) cannot be canceled once ordered.

  • Cancellation Fees: Furniture and equipment orders canceled more than 5 working days after placement will incur a 20% restocking and processing fee based on the value of the goods.

Liability & Warranties

While all reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy across our store, Mondo Barber Trade Ltd does not warrant the complete accuracy of site material and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from website usage, delivery delays beyond our control, or third-party service provider access. All products are guaranteed strictly according to the original manufacturer's warranty.
